Initial Visit: Hormone Optimization Program

The hormone optimization program is designed to help you achieve balance and well-being through personalized care and a structured treatment plan. 

LAB TESTING:

• Comprehensive lab testing, including hormone and micronutrient testing.
• Patients assigned female at birth should book this lab assessment in their luteal phase (mid-cycle/ovulation to menses) to optimize accuracy of results and these labs should not be completed while using most forms of hormonal contraception.
• InBody: Body composition analysis to assess your muscle mass, fat mass, and water.
  

MEET WITH THE PROVIDER:

• Meet with our board certified nurse practitioner for a thorough wellness assessment.
• Review your lab results and gain a personalized understanding of your hormone health.
• Work alongside your provider to create a customized plan to optimize your hormones.
• Begin your hormone optimization program, which includes your 3-month supply of customized bioidentical hormones tailored to your needs delivered to your home.

RETURN AFTER 10 WEEKS:

• Discuss your experience, assess your progress, and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
• We will obtain follow up labs, as indicated.
• Payment will be processed for your next 3-month supply to continue your program.

Following your 6-month treatment period (two consecutive 3-month programs), you’ll have the option to enter a 6-month supply program at a discounted rate. After completing two 6-month programs, you’ll transition into a 1-year program, even more discounted, providing a cost-effective way to maintain your results.
