Some people build up excess ear wax in their ear canals. This can cause decreased hearing, pain, and even lead to infection of the ear canals (swimmer's ear).

Treatment may include flushing the wax out with warm water, and/or removing it with an instrument called a cerumen curette. You can help by putting Debrox or mineral oil drops (available over the counter) in the affected ears for a few days prior to your visit.

Suture removal is the process of carefully removing stitches or sutures that were used to close a wound or incision after surgery or injury. This procedure is performed once the wound has sufficiently healed, which helps prevent infection and promotes proper healing. During the removal, our nurse practitioner will use sterile tools to cut the sutures and gently pull them out, ensuring minimal discomfort. The procedure is quick, generally painless, and helps ensure the wound is healing as expected. In some cases, patients may need to return for follow-up appointments to monitor the healing process.

Skin tag and wart removal is a non-invasive procedure designed to safely and effectively remove skin tags and warts. Skin tags are small, benign growths of skin that typically form in areas where skin rubs together, such as the neck, armpits, or groin. Warts are caused by a viral infection (HPV) and can appear on various parts of the body. A lab review is a bookable appointment for patients who have completed their lab testing and received their results. During this session, you'll have an in-depth conversation with our nurse practitioner to review your results, discuss any findings, and explore next steps for your health and wellness journey.

During this appointment, you’ll meet with a nurse practitioner to discuss your weight loss objectives and explore whether our medical weight loss program is the right fit for you.

As part of this visit, we will perform a blood draw for your initial bloodwork. This helps us evaluate your intracellular micronutrient levels, thyroid function, liver and kidney function, and more.  The results will guide the development of your custom diet, supplementation, medication, and any necessary vitamin injections or IV hydration, which are included as part of your monthly program.

THE MONTHLY VISIT INCLUDES:

RETURN AFTER 10 WEEKS:

• Payment will be processed for your next 3-month supply to continue your program.

Following your 6-month treatment period (two consecutive 3-month programs), you’ll have the option to enter a 6-month supply program at a discounted rate.
